I am enjoying my brand new 2026 RDX, my family's fourth Acura. My sales experience was excellent, largely due to Bill Seibert. From our first meeting through the delivery of my car, he was personable, professional, and well-informed about the Acura RDX models. Most importantly, he listened and understood why I was taking my time to make a final decision, and never shifted into a "high-pressure sales pitch". His "orientation", tips, and assistance in my "settings" choices on the day I picked up the car were great. Secondly, although the dealership moved 15 minutes further away from me, the maintenance staff (Cynthia, Hayley, and Eric, plus Aleena & the technicians) made it easy to accept the extra travel time. They are the long-term face of my relationship with the dealership, and they have provided excellent service to my wife and me for many years. Five Stars all around!

Went to test drive a vehicle. Michael Stack was my salesman. Very nice person that assisted me through my tour, test drive, information, and eventual purchase. Was in and out in less than a few hours. The people I dealt with were great and I'm up to this point highly satisfied and impressed!!
My daughter needed a new car and was specific on what she would like. NH Acura had what she wanted and we called. Zed was fantastic! He went above and beyond for us. We purchased a used car at a great price and while it was in detail and reconditioning, he kept us updated on the progress. Two days later we drove the 1 1/2 hrs to pick it up. Worth the drive. Five stars for the service team at Neil Huffman Acura. Personable & professional, with good communication skills. My wife and I both drive Acura vehicles, and we are very pleased. "Shout outs" to Cynthia, Hailey, and Eric (plus all the anonymous uniformed service techs who get their hands dirty on our behalf in the service bay).
Hailey, the Service Rep did a great job in explaining my warranty visit in detail. She also advised me that this was the best time to get my 100,000 service. I agreed to the 100,000 mile service because I plan on keeping this excellent car as long as possible. The warranty inspection showed that my car was not one the cars with engine failure issues and Hailey explained the cost breakdown in detail. I appreciate Hailey and the service team that worked on my car. I also appreciated the great loaner vehicle. After I returned to pick up my vehicle, l felt confident that I could drive back to Wisconsin - my permanent home- with no issues and I did indeed make it back home safely last evening with no issues whatsoever. Thanks again for the great service visit. I really love my Acura and the Acura company, as a whole.

Just got my acura tlx back from the rod bearing recall fix, car is back to running like a clock! Love my tlx, even got a courtesy car during the repair That said the staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, and they got the repair done super fast, I think they had my car for less than a week or 6 days exactly, and I dropped it off on labor day weekend lol! Fantastic job especially for the type of surgery my tlx needed, thanks again for all the hard work you all did
